From the Normandy Primary School
In our welcoming school, Normandy, we firmly believe that every student can succeed. We want to remove all barriers to learning, and as teachers and governors, we want to make sure that our students realise their full potential, love going to school, uphold shared morals and good behaviour, and form strong bonds with their neighbours and the larger community. We want to make sure that we provide our kids the tools and confidence they need to face life's challenges since they are the foundation of our society. We want to equip our kids with the academic and social skills they'll need to excel in secondary school and beyond while preparing them for a multicultural, ever-changing world. The name of the farm and orchard that originally stood where the school is today, Normandy, is where our school gets its name. We are very fortunate to have such a big school campus with many of places for the kids to explore, play, and learn. Our school's principles are a reflection of our collective dedication to raising great future leaders for our society. We are "HAPPY AND BRIGHT" at Normandy Primary School! To learn more about our "happy and bright" values, visit our Values page. [https://www.normandy.bexley.sch.uk/values-ethos/]. There is a lot more about Normandy Primary School that I would like to share with you, including our excellent learning environment, moving student work displays, the positive vibe and learning ethos permeating the school, and, most importantly, a group of eager students, inspiring teachers and support staff, challenging governors, and encouraging parents.
