From the Moulsham Infant School
On July 1st, 2011, Moulsham Infant School changed its name to Academy. We take pleasure in our welcoming environment and high standards, where kids love going to school and make progress in all subject areas. The school shares a location with Moulsham Junior School and Moulsham High School on the southern edge of Chelmsford. Each year, 90 kids are accepted into our three Reception programmes. The first day of school is when a kid turns five, with the youngest students having the option of attending part-time during their first term. Children first work on Key Stage 1 of the National Curriculum in Years 1 and 2 after beginning the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. Children can enter the Junior School at age seven and attend for four years before moving on to high school at age eleven. We hope you have fun exploring our website. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with the school if you have any questions.
