Moat Farm Infant School

The Moat Farm Infant School is located in a lovely setting that is shared with the Moat Farm Junior School and is surrounded by gardens, grassy areas, and trees. Smoking is not permitted on school property, including the playground and buildings. The school, which was built in 1938, has twelve classrooms. Administrative offices and restrooms for children are located in side wings at either end of the corridor. Along the hallway are several classrooms, including small group intervention spaces and the school. The playground is surrounded by the entire school, making it very simple to supervise. Every playground has walls and gates that are locked when kids are in school. According to admission years, the kids are divided into classes that are all named after British animals. All classes have roughly equivalent skill levels. Our Early Years Foundation Stage is housed in a separate, specially designed structure. 120 Reception spaces as well as 2 and 3 year old and 30 hour Nursery spaces are available in our Early Years Foundation Stage. Children often begin attending the Nursery as soon as possible after turning three. In the September after their fourth birthday, they are allowed to enrol in the Reception classes. The Early Years Foundation stage includes these two years (EYFS). The kids are frequently brought into the main building for music, assemblies, storytelling, and guest entertainment (e.g. theatre groups, puppets etc.).
