From the School
A collection of institutions with similar ideologies and shared ideals makes up the West Somerset Academies Trust. Our group of six schools and four nurseries collaborate to further Christian love, moral development, and high academic standards in our neighbourhoods. Every child is treated just like one of our own. Together, we want to make sure that your child has a top-notch education in one of the most stunning regions in the UK. In all our schools we aim to offer a rich, happy and stimulating environment for children that will promote learning, hard work, initiative, self-discipline and responsibility, both within the school and the wider community. Our goal is to raise children who are successful, happy, and well-rounded. We respect good manners, place a high priority on gentleness and humility, and we uphold traditional values. While we do benefit from being a large organisation, we also respect and value the distinctive characteristics of each of our schools. We collaborate with the Diocese of Bath and Wells, the Extended Learning Academies Network, and the Moorland Federation to make the most of the resources a very large network offers.
