From the Millfield Science & Performing Arts College
Since 2009, I have been employed at Millfield, where I also serve as the Deputy Headteacher and Head of English.
Everything I believe in stems from my own experience with our guiding principles, which are consistent high-quality teaching and learning in a structured and nurturing environment.
I have high expectations for our pupils and make sure that everything we do is focused on achieving those goals.
We are a little, overcrowded school in the middle of the Thornton neighbourhood.
In 2017, our team's achievement of the highest Progress 8 score on the Fylde Coast made us immensely proud of ourselves and our group.
Our school's tagline is "Creating Bright Futures," and I firmly think that your child has a right to a top-notch education that will enable them to excel in all they undertake.
All students at Millfield are cherished, and the school encourages pleasure via individual success.
We think it's important to expose our pupils to a wide range of cultural and athletic opportunities.
I have high criteria for our punctuality, conduct, academic progress, and respect.
The staff at Millfield School is dedicated to providing children with the care, education, and readiness they need to succeed in the outside world.
