Welcome to our website and to Mayfield School. We are entirely dedicated to working together as Co-Headteachers to keep Mayfield School's ethos and values growing. Since learning is at the heart of all we do, we make it a priority to give each child the encouragement, support, and direction they require to realise their greatest potential. At Mayfield, we're dedicated to educating the whole child, which includes maximising academic development and results for all kids as well as giving them the in-classroom and outside-of-classroom abilities they'll need to flourish in the future. It's vital to us that all of our kids achieve their goals, so we set up routines and expectations to help them do so in a secure setting. Came for an interview for a science teacher position. They got me and another staff to teach a full lesson period one and sent us both home without any discussions. This was extremely absurd and unprofessional especially as I commuted an hour to get there. I met the headteacher who seemed unwelcoming and unwilling to shake hands.
