With an average enrollment of 160 students, Marshfield Primary School is a very successful Church of England Voluntary Controlled School. We are a very joyful school that collaborates with the neighbourhood to give our students the greatest education and experiences in life. In addition to having high academic standards and accomplishments, our school also has a loving and welcoming atmosphere, and the parents, governors, staff, local community, and students are all very proud of it. The school was rated as good with several outstanding aspects in its most recent OFSTED rating, which was published in April 2017. Our Church of England Report (March 2018) judged the school to be outstanding in all areas recognising the fully embedded links between explicit Christian values, learning across the curriculum and children's development as responsible, successful and independent learners who achieve highly. High expectations for learning are present in Marshfield Primary School in order to promote learning development and success. Students are eager, energetic, and highly driven by a stimulating curriculum that allows all of our kids to succeed. Our teachers carefully arrange chances to expand on and deepen the curriculum in addition to what is offered in the core curriculum. The entire community takes part in activities like Marshfield has Talent, Marshfield Mathematician, Spelling Bees, Spirited Arts Week, Science Days, Brainiacs Quiz, and Family in School Days. We consider ourselves quite lucky to have such a wonderful structure and grounds. Natural materials are employed throughout the structure, which gives the building a distinctive design that represents the village's conservation status. It has a library, learning centre, hall, six classrooms with adjacent practical bays, and a children's kitchen. All of our classrooms open onto the large playground which benefits from an amphitheatre, infant and junior agility trails, conservation area, quiet area, a large field and a Play Pod.
