The Maiden Erlegh Trust aspires to create a network of schools where a sense of community permeates in order to nurture, challenge, and celebrate youth.
We view every school as a functioning community that is enriched by staff, parents, and students from a variety of backgrounds who each bring a variety of unique interests and abilities. Each school is led by strong, positive, and ethical leaders.
The education, wellbeing, happiness, and personal development of each student in our community are our top priority for each school in our Trust.
The mission of every school that joins the Trust is to be "a school of opportunity, diversity, and success for everyone."
We want them to grow up to be intelligent, self-assured kids and young adults who are driven by a strong sense of self-worth, respect for others, and a desire to work hard and serve others.
We recognise that education takes place outside of the classroom, which is why each school's curriculum is created to offer chances for students to extend their learning and advance personally.
In exchange, we anticipate that kids will actively engage in school activities and other community projects.
In a complicated and ever-changing environment, kids acquire the skills necessary to become highly productive and beneficial citizens, workers, and employers.
a peaceful, respectful, and cheerful working and learning environment.
Strong administrators and employees that uphold the values of ethical leadership while serving their schools and communities with courage, insight, and optimism.
We won't let up; we'll compare our efforts with those of the greatest universities in the nation and keep on getting better.
