I worked here 2023 through an agency, the nursery staff and early years were not very professional. It was the first nursery I had experienced where children who have contagious sicknesses are not sent home straight away, putting staff and children at risk. Unfortunately we are still expected to attend when sick. Alternatively, the South Asian teacher was great but did not listen. There were other instances-professionalism were not metsuch as not being completely transparent...
