The school, which was established in 1858 on the basis of Christian teachings[1], enables kids to reach their full potential. [2] Children are respected as unique individuals, both for their efforts and their accomplishments.
The "Golden Rules," which are founded on Christian principles,[3] provide a reliable moral compass.
Our school's life revolves around our acts of collective worship, which are intended to foster Christian knowledge and spirituality.
The kids' week is made better by this.
Teachers and guests lead other forms of Collective Worship for the entire school.
Harvest, Christmas, and Easter services are held in the church by the school.
Additionally, at the conclusion of the summer term, a Year 6 Leavers' Service is held there.
Classes have recently participated in special services in other churches in our diocese by travelling there, such as Harvest at St. Albans Abbey or Christmas at Sunnyside Church in Berkhamsted.
We are proud of how much our kids want to support their friends and the larger community.
As a school, we occasionally donate money to regional, international, and local charity.
In addition, the older kids feel comfortable organising their own fundraising events for causes close to their hearts.
