A Pupil Referral Unit in Doncaster called The Levett School offers educational opportunities for Key Stage 1/2 and Key Stage 3 students who have been permanently excluded or are at risk of permanent exclusion.
The school's goal is to give young people temporary access to the curriculum while simultaneously offering therapeutic support to address the problems that have caused them to lose interest in learning.
High levels of pastoral care are provided to all students.
The therapeutic component of the school curriculum is regarded as an essential component of the school's work with its students. The school's goal is to not only provide an education for children who cannot access mainstream education, but also to identify the causes of their disengagement and to offer support and the necessary therapy to help them reintegrate back into their mainstream school.
It is a pleasure to have you here at The Levett School.
In order to reengage young people in their education and support them in growing their self-confidence and self-esteem, my committed staff team and I are determined to delivering an excellent education and support programme.
Our goal for the school is for it to develop into an exceptional facility that supports its students in a warm and friendly setting.
