I want to extend a sincere welcome to you at our school and thank you for taking the time to visit our website, which, I hope, gives you a sense of what Lancaster Lane is like. I feel honoured and delighted to be in charge of a fantastic staff and board of governors that genuinely care about the students in our school. Every single one of us is always willing to "go the additional mile" to assist every youngster in realising their full potential. According to our school's vision statement, Lancaster Lane Community Primary School is "a caring community" where each student is encouraged to pursue happiness and success and cherished for their individuality. Every minute of every day, it is what we strive to do. We as a school place a high priority on having an open door policy. It is constantly a swarm of activity and such a joyful place to learn and work that parents are encouraged to drop by and observe the school in action. Prospective parents are encouraged to schedule a visit to our excellent school at a mutually suitable time rather than attending Open Days. If you would like to schedule a visit to take a look around, call the school office at 01772 433641. Appointments will begin in October to give our new Reception students time to adjust. Our objective is to provide a rigorous yet engaging curriculum that gives students the chance to excel not just in the main subjects but also in a wide range of other subjects. We have excellent relationships with Early Learners, a preschool located on our campus.
