Children in Foundation Stage 2 (Reception), Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 (ages 4 to 11) attend Kington St. Michael School, a voluntary-controlled Church of England primary school.
There are 132 kids registered, coming from the Chippenham neighbourhood of Cepen Park North, the parish of Kington St. Michael, and other communities.
We work to provide a dynamic environment where each kid is respected as an individual and can develop at his or her own rate.
Children can learn self-discipline and cooperation in a nurturing, positive, and caring environment.
We recognise that the collaboration between parents, teachers, and students results in the finest education possible for your kid.
We approach the process as a collaborative effort and think that the kids must be completely invested in and accountable for their own learning.
In order to desire to go farther and challenge themselves, both teachers and students need to be totally involved and motivated in their learning.
Our kids may study in a cheerful, accepting, and warm environment at school.
All of the staff encourages and supports the kids as they grow in self-assurance, independence, and so much more (parent feedback to Ofsted inspector). "I am in awe of the staff's ability to teach my kids the fundamentals of reading.
The staff is outstanding; they take the time to get to know each child and provide for their needs. (My child feels safe at KSM; the staff does all possible to ensure that all students are well-cared for) (parent questionnaire 2019). "All of the instructors and TA's are extremely friendly. I sincerely believe the personnel at KSM actually care about students and take a holistic approach to ensuring they are successful." (I am honoured to be a member of our newest team.
We feel well-led, in high spirits, and optimistic about the future at school. (
