From the King's Oak Primary School
King's Oak Primary is a welcoming, successful, and inclusive school at the centre of its neighbourhood that offers a variety of learning environments and experiences for all of the students who attend it.
Together, the faculty, governors, parents, and students foster a stimulating, encouraging learning environment where the faculty offers educational opportunities that pique children's interests, broaden their knowledge, raise their aspirations, and get them ready for the challenges of life in the twenty-first century.
The core of our school is our well regarded specialist resourced programme for kids with autism, and we also gain from strong ties to the nearby Norbiton Children's Center.
We now have twelve new, well-lit classrooms, a new performance hall, and specialised sports fields located in well-kept, large grounds as a result of recent growth.
King's Oak is a superb, flourishing Early Years, Nursery, and Two Year Old Program, where outcomes are getting better every year.
In order to ensure that our youngest students are ready for the next phase of their education, King's Oak carefully supports their development of social skills, general knowledge, spoken language, phonics, reading, writing, and number abilities.
With the help of a variety of'real life' learning experiences, such as guest authors, artists, and athletes, the highly qualified, devoted staff designs and delivers engaging and challenging learning opportunities inside the classroom. This helps to make learning more tangible, applicable, and exciting.
Every student at King's Oak is treated as an individual, and as a result, the school and individual accomplishments are frequently recognised in class and at weekly assemblies.
All staff members recognise, appreciate, and reward students' learning efforts—not just their academic successes—in order to help students develop emotional endurance.
At King's Oak, learning is about much more than just academic performance and advancement.
In addition to our well-liked Breakfast and After-School Club, we also provide a wide range of additional clubs, such as Spanish Cooking, Teddy Tennis, Football, Robotics, and Coding.
We are dedicated to establishing trusting and supportive bonds with our parents and carers because we know that by working together, we can give our kids the greatest possible education.
Our website features information and highlights the accomplishments of our kids.
We sincerely hope you'll take some time to look around and enjoy this glimpse into life at our school.
