From the School
Thank you for visiting The Holgate Academy. We are a sizable secondary academy in Hucknall that serves students in the 11–16 age range. With our partner academies, we also provide post–16 study in the Hucknall Sixth Form Center. We help our kids succeed at the academy and take full advantage of everything that academy life has to offer. We are incredibly pleased of the accomplishments made by our students, and we work hard to keep improving. Our main goal is to do everything in our power to guarantee that our students graduate prepared to enter a world that is becoming more complex and competitive. Our top objective is exceptional teaching and learning. Whatever their starting place, our highly qualified and driven staff puts up a lot of effort to ensure that our students accomplish at the greatest level. We are extremely proud of all of our accomplishments, including exam success as well as providing extensive and pertinent learning opportunities outside of the classroom to prepare all students for their future endeavours. We hope that our website gives you the crucial details you need. However, nothing can substitute for face-to-face interaction, so I hope you'll come to our next public event or feel free to get in touch with me to set up a visit. We are eager to welcome you to our academy and to meet you.
