Thank you for visiting The Holgate Academy. We are a sizable secondary academy in Hucknall that serves students in the 11–16 age range. With our partner academies, we also provide post–16 study in the Hucknall Sixth Form Center. We help our kids succeed at the academy and take full advantage of everything that academy life has to offer. We are incredibly pleased of the accomplishments made by our students, and we work hard to keep improving. Our main goal is to do everything in our power to guarantee that our students graduate prepared to enter a world that is becoming more complex and competitive. Our top objective is exceptional teaching and learning. Whatever their starting place, our highly qualified and driven staff puts up a lot of effort to ensure that our students accomplish at the greatest level. We are extremely proud of all of our accomplishments, including exam success as well as providing extensive and pertinent learning opportunities outside of the classroom to prepare all students for their future endeavours. There is nothing good to wrote about this school, it has failed my child massively, as a parent with children with sen this school is everything a school should not be, especially when teachers think its ok to physically assault children and scream in the pupils faces to where the child has the teachers spit on their faces. My child is being homeschooling and now showing signs of not only educational improvement but mental health...
