My high performing child is very happy at the Henry Beaufort School. She is highly motivated and well rewarded by the point system, having enjoyed experiences such as the year 7 camp, trips to the cinema, workshops at the Globe theatre and personalised postcards home from teachers for outstanding pieces of work. She is counting down the days to the summer watersports trip and has recently joined a lunchtime choir. Her maths has improved significantly...
teachers put too much pressure on students especially at gcse and do not let them go to the toilet or refill water bottles even in summer terms. the henry beaufort school needs to get its act together. gave it 2 stars because it taught my child how to hold his wee in for 6 hours...almost destroying his kidneys and killing him. would NOT recommend.
