The 'Every Child a Talker' initiative has had a very good impact on improving speech and language of children in all settings facilitated by the children's centre.
Good quality support is provided to vulnerable families through effective assessment and coordination of necessary services by the Children's Centre workers.
Safeguarding procedures are well established and there are some strengths such as the procedures in partnership with other services to ensure the safety of vulnerable children.
Users report that many people in the community are not aware of the centre's existence and that more could be done to engage these people in its services.
