Welcome from the Principal Here at Great Horwood Church of England Combined School, we "learn and grow together," so please accept our sincere welcome.
Great Horwood is a well-resourced rural primary school and nursery with students ranging in age from rising 3 to 11 years, overlooking the stunning Buckinghamshire countryside.
Our distinctly stated Christian values—love, tenacity, and respect—as a Church of England institution lay a strong foundation for the existence of the entire school.
Great Horwood School is dedicated to improving standards and high success, and we take pride in having the greatest expectations for what students can do academically, socially, and spiritually.
The high level of devotion and cooperation among school community members is one of the school's greatest assets.
We place a great priority on the relationship between the family and the school and invite all parents to participate actively in their children's education.
Being a part of a child's educational path is an honour, and by the time our students graduate from Great Horwood Church of England School, we want them to be well-rounded, courteous, and self-assured people who are effective lifelong learners and responsible citizens.
I'm looking forward to meeting you and your child at the school, and our students would be happy to give you a tour and share additional details with you.

The school is unkept and unclean. Very poor management from the headmistress with a very laid back approach. Poor communication all around. A “not interested” approach when it comes to bullying.
