The Board of Trustees must receive annual reports on member contributions and the results of the LGB. Create a venue where students can voice their opinions before the school adopts new policies and procedures. Make recommendations to the Trust board for raising the pay of the teaching staff. act as the panel in charge of disciplinary and dismissal decisions for both employees and students as well as salary issues. Each of the schools run by the Marches Academy Trust has a local governing body. When a Parent Governor's term ends, a Parent Governor resigns, or a school joins the Marches Academy Trust, elections for Parent Governors are held.
