**SEND YOUR CHILD AT YOUR OWN RISK** Only 1 star selected because you have to select a star in order to review. This school (if you can call it that) is awful! I would not even send my goldfish there! Staff extremely unprofessional and do not appear to be qualified. How they have gotten past OFSTED is really concerning. The headteacher is Ignorant and doesn’t come across or conduct herself well in the slightest. Staff...
Quite simply the best SEMH school in Enfield and I dare say in the whole of London. They really go above and beyond.
my teachers belive in me and i luv my school. i can control my behavior now and i dont get in trouble no more
i cannot thank this school enough for what they have done for my son. i am so proud to say that my child was able to do exams after their previous school said they would never be able to sit for long enough to do exams. my son managed to pass his english. He needs to resit maths but i am glad of what he achieved. thank you freshsteps for believing in my son.

A very toxic environment. Staff are treated with disregard. SLT are know for not speaking truth . Teachers are forced to observe one SLT teaching who obviously needs support in lesson delivery and content. Staff turnover is very high and you do not get a reference when you leave. SLT needs to reflect on the extent to which they have negatively impacted staff mental health and wellbeing and put plans in place to do better.
Our experience with FreshSteps Independent School has been nothing short of transformative. My child has been attending the school since primary, and from the beginning, they struggled with focus and were often disruptive in a traditional classroom setting. However, the dedicated and understanding staff at FreshSteps have been instrumental in teaching my child how to manage their needs and emotions effectively. As a result, we've seen significant improvements in their academic performance, and I’m proud...

What I really like about this school, you always see the Headteacher. The head is involved in every aspect of pupils school life. I can always speak with the head who gives me the time but is also transparent and will let you know if you are not supporting your child as best as possible. She ensure pupils and parents feel valued. We can always discuss when things go wrong whether it's the school or...
my daughter has been coming to Freshsteps since primary she is now in year 10, I have missed many Target setting days and the Head has accommodated my request for a change of time and day, letters are sent to us at the end of every term with dates for target setting the next term. If this parent saw pupils sleeping on sofa why did she send her son/daughter to that school, and in any...
I was invited for a tour and I was blown away by what the school had to offer outside the school you think it is just a normal building when you do the tour and speak to some of the pupils the stories of how safe they feel and how they are supported with there needs brought tears to my eyes. One of my friend's two kids go to this school and have been since...
Awful school. The minute you don’t agree to come for a target setting meeting immediately the same day, (15 minutes notice), the head will end your child’s education there and refuse to have them back and say due to “parental non compliance” they will not accept your child to attend again, Despite parent offering four alternative times for the meeting the same day and the next day. When there decision is questioned by parents and...
Not happy at all with the school the way certain teachers have treated myself and my son.. Some but not all teachers are very rude and talk to you like your nothing.... The way a certain teacher talks to the children is absolutely disgusting. I'm glad my son won't be going to this school in Yr 8 as we are changing schools but saying that they terminated my sons place before his actually been accepted...
Toxic culture of bullying in the workplace from SLT. Staff whose face doesn’t fit made to feel victimised and scared to speak out. SLT favour family members. Rapid turnover of staff whose employment records “disappear”. OFSTED rated school outstanding ….. interesting !
