On the outskirts of Southampton, in the neighbourhood of Hedge End, is the three-form entry Freegrounds Infant School. The first school structure was erected in 1969. Two further classrooms and a new reception area were added in 2008, to cater for the growing demand for places over the years as the area has expanded. Children are nurtured and inspired to reach their best at Freegrounds Infant School, a joyful and energetic setting. We value their uniqueness and are proud of their accomplishments. We strive to work in partnership with parents to equip our children with the skills and aptitudes they need to become resilient, independent, creative thinkers and learners of the future.
