My two children attended this school, the school was brilliant for my son who had learning difficulties, they helped bring him on leaps and bounds and were very supportive, however, my daughter got severely bullied and nothing was done about it. So many of the children were horrible, it got to a point I had to take my daughter out of school early. One on incident with my son, he got jumped on while doing...
Awful pastoral care. Extreme lack of discipline. The school has gone downhill with behaviour and appearance of students. The librarian has no control and the library having once been a silent area has been swarmed by noisy misbehaving children with no respect to older students or staff. Students there do not talk about work or books they are reading, but prefer to gossip and be rowdy, this does not encourage a love for reading but...
Brilliant school! Don’t be alarmed by rumours and bad reviews online. The school over the last decade has massively changed. Children are free to be themselves and my children have multiple gay and non binary friends who are open about it and accepted by both staff and students for who they are. Teachers have very high expectations of students and the students are really pushed to achieve their best. Workload is manageable and the strict...
Brilliant, inclusive, nurturing school. Staff have high expectations of students and everyone is encouraged to be the very best possible version of themselves. The extra curricular program is comparable to top private schools. Unheard of in the state sector to have so many options for pursuing a range of interests. My kids absolutely love it at the school and are thriving. Bullying is frowned upon by both staff and students. The school is multicultural and...
A nurturing, inclusive school where staff have incredibly high expectations of students and everyone is challenged to do their absolute best. Religious aspects to the school are soft touch rather than indoctrination and the student body is diverse, multicultural and tolerant of all world views. The after school extra curricular program is comparable to the best private schools. There really is something for everyone.
Fantastic school with excellent pastoral care. Great teaching and high expectations of pupils. Extra curricular program is superb with something for everyone not just endless sport.
