From the Edith Weston Academy
We offer a well-rounded education at Edith Weston Academy, giving kids the chance to grow in their social, academic, athletic, and artistic abilities in a nurturing environment.
Our school is in a beautiful location on the edge of Rutland Water, and we make extensive use of the surrounding area to enhance teaching and learning throughout the institution.
We started a federation with Brooke Hill Academy in Oakham in September 2013.
Through this productive partnership, we have been able to provide students with a richer curriculum and additional possibilities, including pooled resources, a thorough gifted and talented programme, a wide range of extracurricular activity schedules, and staff knowledge from both schools.
We became an academy on December 31, 2015, and we are now known as Edith Weston Academy.
We joined the Brooke Hill Multi Academy Trust after becoming Christians.
Since joining the Brooke Hill Academy Trust, we have gotten better and better, succeeding both inside and outside the classroom.
We collaborate closely with the Osprey Project at Rutland Water and with nearby secondary schools to improve the educational opportunities for our kids.
