As Earlham Primary School's new headteacher, I'm excited to write to you. It is a privilege to be joining the School at such an exciting phase of its history and development and I am looking forward to leading such a richly diverse and child centred school community. I have the highest expectations of all the staff and children and it is my intention to raise standards and to help every child to reach their full potential. My driving force is to make sure that everyone in the school community values education and aspires to be the best at everything they do. An energetic, aspirational, and welcoming two-form entry school, Earlham Primary School is located in the centre of the London Borough of Haringey. We are dedicated to enhancing children's prospects for success in life by offering them a top-notch education and family support in a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Our aim is to deliver the highest standards of educational achievement through an engaging and well-rounded curriculum and to equip our children with skills for lifelong learning. Everyone in our school community understands the value of treating one another with respect, motivating one another to succeed, and acknowledging accomplishments. We are committed to fostering each child's individual skills and put them at the centre of everything we do. This year, we have a lot to look forward to, including the potential for our upcoming school renovation.
