committed to preserving and advancing children's wellbeing and anticipates that other adults will do the same. Welcome to the webpage for Duxford Community Primary School (C of E). Our school is located in a little community south of Cambridge, close to the renowned Duxford Imperial War Museum and Airfield. Our school covers the towns of Hinxton and Ickleton as well as Duxford, which includes Heathfield. We are a voluntary-controlled Church of England school that is a part of the Ely Diocese and has strong ties to the local church as well as the surrounding neighbourhood. Our school is home to a fantastic PTA, a breakfast and after-school club (DX), and a playgroup. The school's large grounds give the kids access to wonderful play areas, sporting possibilities, our own wildlife area, and a magnificent garden area that serves as a prized classroom location. We want our kids to grow up to be confident, imaginative, and self-reliant learners who have had as many learning experiences as they can get for their intellectual, spiritual, physical, and social development.
