Thank you for visiting The Duston School, a facility of The Duston Education Trust (TDET).
In my role as principal, I take great delight in overseeing the institution and assisting your child in their academic endeavours.
Children are the centre of your life as a parent, and they are as important to us as a school.
Our main goal is to assist students in ascending the knowledge tree so they can enrol in college or other higher education programmes, get employment, or pursue an apprenticeship while also being the best version of themselves.
Everyone in the class is motivated to Dream Believe Achieve.
TDS is a distinctive mixed 4–19 school.
Featuring almost 1500 pupils, it is a high-performing, prosperous, and oversubscribed school with a secondary phase, a booming Sixth Form, and a recently launched primary phase.
We think TDS should give our kids the skills and the character they need to achieve.
Our pupils are actively encouraged to contribute positively to society and flourish in a community that values them.
All of our students are prepared for adult life with a solid moral compass, a genuine sense of resilience, and the essential transferrable skills they will need to succeed in a rapidly evolving and globalised job market.
The degree of cooperation and communication between the parent body and the school is crucial for ensuring your child's success at The Duston School.
Your child's form tutor is an important figure in their academic journey, and I would advise all parents to establish a professional working relationship with this important ally for their children.
TDS has achieved great success in a variety of ways.
Visiting our school in person is the greatest method to learn more about it.
