Dulwich School A private day and flexible boarding school for boys and girls in grades 3 through 13, Cranbrook is located an hour outside of London in the picturesque Kent countryside. We are a forward-thinking, committed teaching community that gives our students the opportunity to get the most out of our beautiful 50 acres of grounds, deliberately created modern classrooms, and first-rate facilities. Together with our parents, we have built a thriving and caring neighbourhood where our kids can happily flourish, discover their inner abilities, and achieve academic success. Our school in Cranbrook, which was founded in 1939 when Dulwich College Prep fled London, has grown steadily, carrying on a great legacy of innovation and distinction. We were one of the first prep schools in England to be entirely co-educational, and we were also the first prep school in our area to introduce personal iPads in Years 7 and 8. We are constantly optimistic about the future and adapt our services to meet the changing demands of both parents and children. In order to facilitate working parents, we established Day Boarding in 2017 and brought back boarding on Friday nights before to matches on Saturday. Conscious that many of our parents can't join us in school as often as they'd like, we film and live stream events, invite parents into class when suits them, encourage open and frequent dialogue, and use social media to keep everyone in touch and involved.
