I'm thrilled to be The Duke of Norfolk CE Primary School's new head teacher. At Dukes, we consider education to be the most significant factor in a child's life, second only to a child's family. School promotes friendships, confidence, the development of abilities, and achievement. We are a sizable primary and nursery school that belongs to the Church of England and is associated with All Saints Parish Church. Old Glossop and the Derby Diocese. Dukes provides a unique family atmosphere where your child can mature and flourish. The staff is welcoming and personable, and they like teaching. Our children are cherished, and we value their uniqueness. Children are always at the centre of all we do. With the Glossop hills and surrounding farmland, our location is stunning. Four playgrounds, a sizable school sports field, and cultivated woods are all part of our expansive grounds. All of the kids routinely participate in Forest School activities in our mature forest. Our exciting and challenging curriculum is rich and varied. The school has friendly, outgoing students and staff that put in a lot of effort. Visits to the school are appreciated so that you can see Dukes in action. Because happy children learn best, it is my responsibility to make sure your child is safe and comfortable while attending school.
