From the Denton Primary School
A coeducational community primary school, Denton serves students from the ages of four to eleven. Denton School is located in contemporary, purpose-built facilities that provide the kid with a lovely and warm atmosphere. Over a period of time, the school built up its outside spaces. A play area, playground, grassy area, and access to the nearby playing field are all there. The upkeep and contribution to the improvement of the kids' immediate environment is actively encouraged. The school is lucky to have access to a variety of amenities that are unusual for a school of this size. For group work outside of the classroom, there is a freshly constructed central library and resource centre. From here, four classrooms branch out. There are separate painting and craft stations in each of these classrooms. The classrooms for the youngest kids have bathrooms and coat check stations. The older children have their own facilities. Due to rising numbers in 2004/05, we were fortunate to be able to divide our classes further by installing two mobile classrooms beside the playground area, one of which is now used for our Breakfast and After School Clubs. All of the classrooms are appealing and set up so that students can choose the tools and supplies they need to complete a task. The school hall, which opened in September 1997, is accessible by a linkway from the centre area. This is a great place for physical education and drama classes, and it also has a place for lunchtime meetings, assemblies, music lessons, and clubs.
