Our main goal is to give our students the tools they need to succeed in every area of life.
You will receive six progress-related letters every year, and you will be invited to a parent consultation day each year to talk about next steps with topic teachers.
Additionally, a tutoring evening will be held for Year 7 parents to ensure that all of our students have successfully transitioned from primary to secondary education.
Additionally, we offer a varied schedule of events and special days to make sure that our Year 7 and Year 8 students get along well with one another, develop the skills necessary to be completely prepared for their GCSEs, and have a solid foundation in numeracy, reading, and thinking abilities.
We are committed to making sure that all of our students graduate from our institution with the credentials, know-how, and experience they require to be successful.
We want students to embrace learning, to be prepared for challenges and for change, to respect questions as much as answers, and to recognise that everyone is still learning.
We are educating kids for a period when change will happen more quickly and where being adaptable and able to handle challenges will become increasingly crucial.
Our Progresso system makes it simple for you to monitor your child's attendance, check progress reports, and access a variety of information outlining their accomplishments.
As a member of the Kemnal Academies Trust, Debden Park High School works with other schools to improve standards and give children the opportunity to reach and exceed their potential.
The people who built Debden Park High School—students, faculty, and parents—are at its centre.
Everyone may enjoy their time at Debden Park High because of this.
Our goal is to establish a learning environment where each student feels like a valuable member of the school community and can confidently contribute to both their own and other students' development.
Both within and outside the classroom, our children will encounter difficulty and success. They will feel confident in making mistakes and taking pride in their accomplishments.
Through a robust enrichment programme that caters to everyone's enjoyment, we will endeavour to guarantee that every kid has the chance to study outside of the classroom. Through these activities, students will develop teamwork skills, solid friendships, resilience, and responsibility.
At Debden Park High School, we provide our students difficult goals to work toward both inside and outside of the classroom.
Struggle develops character, and we think that all students can attain ambitious goals with the correct support and effort.
Our goal is to establish a safe atmosphere for staff and students to work and play in that is nurturing, engaging, and secure.
In a variety of educational contexts, we anticipate that our students will live up to our high standards in terms of their work and behaviour.
Regardless of where they begin or come from, we think all students should achieve great development as they go through the school.
It is our responsibility to encourage, support, and push every student in every subject to achieve success.
Individual academic and pastoral support ensure that all students have the every opportunities to access outstanding teaching and demonstrate outstanding learning.
Every day our students, teachers and staff strive to be exceptional, working together to ensure our school stands out.
For us, being on par with everyone else is insufficient.
We do not eschew excellence.
We want to work harder, go further and achieve more than everyone else because we believe every member of our school can be exceptional.
Our vision is to develop staff and students who have a shared vision of excellence and strive to be exceptional in all they do ................because who wants to be ordinary when you can stand out and Be Exceptional?.
