At Deal Parochial School, we want every student to grow a thirst for knowledge. In order to help kids enjoy learning, make progress, and realise their full potential as "the best that I can be," we provide a curriculum that inspires and engages them. We think engaged students learn more effectively than passive ones. The job is more exciting, relevant, likely to make sense, and likely to be remembered while "learning by doing." The ability to "know what to do when they don't know what to do" is something we want children to develop. Pupils are encouraged to take on increasing levels of responsibility for their learning. Imagination, creativity, and intuition will be needed to solve many of the challenges that kids will face in the future, hence at Deal Parochial we promote and foster these traits in the kids. We uphold the highest moral standards and encourage children to respect one another and themselves in our school. Our efforts are inspired by Christian principles.
