Being the headteacher of the school is an honour, and I love being a part of our supportive school community. I am fortunate to work every day with a team of committed employees and lovely students in a school. I enjoy participating in the many exciting local events that happen in Dalton as well as engaging with the larger community to improve our students' learning. The school takes pleasure in the close ties that exist between parents, students, teachers, administrators, governors, the local church, and the community. All children who attend DSM stay at the core of all planning for the future and everything we do each day. The goal of our school is for every student to be content, self-assured, and aspirational. They will be resilient since Dalton St. Mary's was built on a solid Christian foundation. Inspiring instruction, cutting-edge concepts, and technology will guarantee that our kids are lifelong learners who are ready for their future in a rapidly changing environment. The education offered at this Church of England Voluntary Aided school is in accordance with the beliefs and customs of the Church of England. Worship, religious instruction, and spiritual growth are at the heart of this school's mission. Parents and visitors are always made to feel extremely welcome, and we really like sharing what we've learned.
