You are a member of the Crockenhill School Association by virtue of being a parent or carer of a student at the School. Our mission is to raise money for the school to make a difference for our children; it's a great way to make friends and meet parents and carers with kids in other years. There are many ways to get involved; you are not required to serve on the committee or even show up for all of the monthly meetings (although it would be wonderful if you could). At the moment the wider School community works with us by contributing ideas for fundraising events; setting up, running stalls or clearing up at those events; offering specific expertise, contacts or even access to funds that they may have. Any spare time and resources that you have are much appreciated. Throughout the year, the School will ask for our assistance in sponsoring various projects or events. These are frequently items that they would not otherwise be able to afford, causing the kids to lose out. To Improve our children's playtime experience, purchasing a range of outdoor equipment and re-painting the playground with games to play, encouraging them to cooperate, share and play with respect for themselves and others. Fresh ideas and helpers would be fantastic in order to make raising money for these products as enjoyable as possible.
