At the centre of our neighbourhood, Cotgrave Candleby Lane School and Nursery works to give each child the support, love, instruction, and challenge they need to grow into their full potential. Our approach is enjoyable and engaging, and when combined with the energising atmosphere and culture, it empowers staff and students to push the envelope and achieve excellence in all facets of school life. Every child is special, and we celebrate this with them. This is reflected in the workforce as well because each member of our team needs to recognise and celebrate what makes them special. The school is proud of the close relationships formed with our students and their families. This deliberate growth is the result of nurturing; our desire to instil the school's eight principles and our genuine concern for our students and families. Our staff team, which has a can-do attitude, cares for one another, works well as a high performing team, and learns and grows together as a result of the strong ties. Importantly, we also understand how to enjoy ourselves while working.
