The kids receive top-notch instruction and participate in group worship, but they also have access to a variety of enrichment activities that provide them the tools they need to become lifelong learners.
The Christian Values of the Roots and Fruits collective worship programme was approved by our school in September 2015.
Through the teachings of Jesus, other stories, and personal narratives from children and adults, Collective Worship offers opportunity for spiritual growth and development in our children and adults.
In our weekly Celebration Collective Worship, we commend children whose learning and behaviour have shown that they grasp these principles.
We are unable to learn everything at once.
Through opportunities to learn about other people's beliefs, emotions, and values during Collective Worship, reflection times, RE lessons, and extracurricular activities, our school's Christian character positively contributes to the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of our students.
This inspection, which assesses our performance as a Church of England school, is completed roughly every five years.
The inspector spent the entire day in the classroom chatting to students, parents, staff, and seeing Collective Worship and some teaching. He also met with our governing board.
As per usual, our kids were outstanding and completely astounded her with their comprehension of our Christian values and critical thinking.
We are overjoyed with our report and proud to say that we were rated as a GOOD church school overall.
The school's "soul" has been restored, according to parents, who also feel that their children are appreciated as individuals and "really learn life skills for the future through the Christian religion."
