The new vision will be developed throughout the course of the upcoming year since the institution is now run by new leadership.
With the assistance of the school community, our current vision statement was revised at the beginning of the academic year 2017–2018.
It acknowledges our desire to be "great" and reflects our overarching goals, ethos, and values. We at Colburn Community Primary School are committed to fostering exceptional teaching and learning by holding our students to the highest standards and goals.
At Colburn Community Primary School, securing great teaching is a top priority. Inspiring, encouraging, and effective teaching and learning are supported by the relationship between staff and students.
Students are taught the value of tolerance and respect for one another, and safety and welfare are given top priority.
This makes sure that the school's work is centred on the students' spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development, including the promotion of British values.
Because of our committed, innovative, and forward-thinking team, who take pleasure in their ability to recognise and address each child's unique requirements for learning and personal development, our objective for the school is to be recognised as "Outstanding."
We make sure that a variety of high-quality training is available, and that employees may share best practises and learn from one another.
All instructors actively contribute to ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning through their leadership of various curricular areas.
Our goal is for all students to enter secondary school as independent, self-assured learners who are prepared to achieve not only exam success but also happiness, health, economic well-being, and fulfilment in adulthood. We work to instil a lifelong love of learning with a solid foundation for future success.
Colburn CP School strives to provide every child with the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their aptitude, socioeconomic standing, or educational level.
