From the School
Children aged 4 to 11 are given a well-rounded education at Cobham Primary School. Seven classes are now being taught to the 215 kids on the registration list. 30 to 32 students are in each class. Every class has a "great" teacher and a "wonderful" teaching assistant who work full time. The school's location is beautiful and has numerous noteworthy outdoor features. A full-sized playing field and two playgrounds are advantageous to us. We also make use of a lot of the beautiful natural sites nearby to help our kids learn. The classrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. The usage of our well-equipped ICT suite and school library, both of which have lovely murals, helps to include the kids in their learning. The school, which serves the rural region south of Gravesend and the A2 trunk road, is situated in the ancient village of Cobham, which is rich in mediaeval and Dickensian connections to the past. Although many students commute from other cities and towns, it usually accepts kids from the nearby villages of Cobham, Sole Street, and Luddesdown.
