From the Cleadon Church of England Academy
Following a protracted engagement process throughout the previous academic year, we now have a shared vision statement and a set of guiding principles. These were the culmination of all the ideas and thoughts expressed by the staff, parents, directors, and other community members. It's critical that everyone understands The Values. They must be present in our children's daily life so they may recognise them for who they are. The Values are age-appropriately displayed in classrooms. Each class has been studying The Values since the beginning of the term in their PHSE lessons, making sure they can provide examples of how the values may look in an everyday environment. The youngsters in Key Stage 2 choose someone who this week has exhibited one of The Values during worship. The method used to choose Key Stage 1's "Golden Child" will remain the same. The staffroom values board will be presented with examples of practises that were observed over the previous week at the weekly staff meeting. We all work together to provide everyone with the knowledge, attitude, creativity, and drive they need to become successful lifelong learners and considerate global citizens, guided by our compassionate Christian ethos.
