Our school is active and pleasant, with lots going on.
Our most recent OfSTED inspection was done in September 2008, and the results were made public on our website.
Our school received an overall rating of "Outstanding."
As a National Support School, Churchend provides advice and assistance to other schools who want to raise their academic performance.
Additionally, we were just recognised as a Teaching School, which is a tremendous honour.
We are Reading's only teaching school.
At Churchend, we are dedicated to making sure that every one of our kids does well in school.
We hope to assist kids in identifying their unique abilities and hobbies through a wide range of academics and extracurricular activities.

In some cases, such as when children move homes to different areas, we are also able to give spots to kids in other year groups.
