The Christ Church Charnock Richard Church of England Primary School is pleased to welcome you. Being the headteacher of Christ Church Charnock Richard Primary School makes me feel incredibly pleased. We are a Church of England Aided Primary School within the Diocese of Blackburn, and our mission statement, "Inspired to learn, grow and flourish within our Christian family" is firmly rooted in scripture. In Phililiappians 4:13 'I can do all things because Christ gives me strength' encompasses all we do at Christ Church to develop happy, resilient and confident children who thrive in body, mind and spirit. This exemplifies the trust, koinoia, compassion, love, thanks, service, and forgiveness that are core Christian principles. We work closely as a team to ensure that students receive a comprehensive, creative curriculum that fosters the development of the whole child and makes learning enjoyable at Christ Church. The highest academic standards are what we set. Our students behave admirably, and we recognise each child's individuality and foster it.
