The School Governing Body should be reorganised to ensure a wider skill base and an emphasis on long-term progress.
To ensure a stronger emphasis on teaching and learning and long-term financial stability, the school staffing has been restructured, including the hiring of a new Headteacher and a new Senior Leadership Team.
