Three committees, which meet frequently to decide on plans for the school, help the governing body of Chapelford Village Primary fulfil its duties.
The School Governing Body should be reorganised to ensure a wider skill base and an emphasis on long-term progress.
To ensure a stronger emphasis on teaching and learning and long-term financial stability, the school staffing has been restructured, including the hiring of a new Headteacher and a new Senior Leadership Team.
Implementing a marking and feedback strategy throughout the entire school will raise the bar for student interaction and performance.
