The fourth-best sixth form college in the country, Cardinal Newman College in Preston, Lancashire, is a great location to study.
We are a joyful and unique Catholic sixth form college that welcomes students of all faiths and fosters a strong sense of community. Our campus is modest and unusual.
We assist our students in moving on to top institutions like the Russell Group and fulfilling careers with a selection of more than 50 programmes, ranging from A Levels to Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC courses.
Additionally a member of the Maple Group is Cardinal Newman College.
With yet another year of exceptional achievements, Cardinal Newman College students once again shown why the institution is ranked among the best in the country.
With 85% of entrants receiving High Grades (A*-C Grades), a 99.4% A Level pass rate, and a 100% BTEC pass rate, the class of 2019 had great A Level success.
The outstanding results capped off an unprecedented year for the College, which saw the bulk of our students enrol in universities, with 32% of them being accepted.
A record number of 15 students were given admission offers to Oxford or Cambridge University, while 32 students were given spots on programmes in dentistry, veterinary science, and medicine.

it is okay. some of the kids are awful though. The range of courses available is fantastic. Tutor is rather usless.
