One particular statement was made repeatedly when questioned for their opinions of Buckminster School by students, parents, teachers, and governors: "We are all like one big happy family." This phrase captures the spirit of our school, where we all study alongside one another in a supportive environment. However, just like a genuine family, we all encourage and push one another to do our absolute best. We are able to assist and satisfy the needs of every child thanks to our small courses and individualised approach to teaching and learning. We keep a close eye on our kids' development to make sure they are all developing to their full potential. Every child has the opportunity to identify and develop their unique abilities and interests thanks to our engaging, well-balanced curriculum and superb extracurricular programme. The connections we have with the Forest School and our farm garden give kids a multitude of learning opportunities. We truly believe children must be taught a wide range of knowledge, skills and practical and technical abilities that will enable them to become life-long learners and achieve future happiness and success. You can find crucial information on this website as well as links to other potentially helpful websites. You can see images and details on our kids' education in the Classes, Special Events, and Theme Week sections. You can also stay up to date on regular events and noteworthy occasions by visiting our News and Diary pages. Our website is meant to be helpful and educational, and we hope that you and your kids will enjoy hearing about what your kids are learning. Our website only acts as a window into the life of our school and you are very welcome to arrange a visit and see our greatest ambassadors, our children, in action.
