Children begin attending Bisley Primary School, a voluntary-aided Church of England institution, at the age of four and remain there until they enter high school after turning eleven. The student body at Bisley C of E (VA) Primary is expanding; we just switched from a 45 to a 60 pan intake. Pupils are taught in pure year groups and we work tirelessly as a team to ensure that all children leave Bisley being the best they can be. The 1967-built Bisley C of E (VA) Primary School is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Three additions have been made to the school since its initial construction. The first of these was used to house our Reception classes, ensuring that students entering Bisley have a fully self-contained space to explore. The Year 6 wing was built as the following addition. This is significant because it enables the eldest kids room to play, study, create, and mature into young adults. They appreciate having their own entrance even though they are still near to Year 5 and the school hall, which helps them be ready for the move to secondary. The two Year 3 classrooms, one Year 2 classroom, and the staff room are all part of the most recent extension, which was finished in September 2015. The brand-new classrooms are roomy, bright, and open, and they face out onto the school's expansive playing field in the back. The parish of St. John Baptist Church in Bisley, which is a part of the Diocese of Guildford, is happy to include Bisley C of E (VA) Primary as a member. As a school, we collaborate closely with Bisley's local community and the church. As a member of the Woking Schools Learning Partnership, we greatly value the collaboration with other nearby schools.
