From the Barkham Pre-School
The 1971-founded Barkham Pre-school offers a joyful, safe, and engaging atmosphere where your kid can grow, explore, and have fun.
Our mission is to give children educational opportunities through a wide range of structured activities and play, and we collaborate with parents to support each child's positive transition from home to school.
With a limit of 24 children per session, we cater to kids between the ages of 2 and 5.
In the context of a family, parents and siblings are just as much a part of our neighbourhood as our kids are.
We take great pleasure in our individualised learning method, which ensures that each child's pre-school experience matches their specific requirements, follows their interests, and fully prepares them for a seamless transition to reception.
We have a fantastic group of caring, dedicated, and highly qualified employees who work to foster a positive environment.
Our goal as a Pre-school Learning Alliance (PLA) member is to have staff members who have received specialised training.
A committee of parents oversees the community organisation Barkham Pre-school.
Therefore, parent participation is crucial to the smooth operation of the preschool.
The committee is in charge of the pre-financial school's arrangements, and members are chosen yearly at the AGM in July.
The committee hires the personnel, who are then in charge of the day-to-day operations and all the children in their care.
