The concept of Bank View is centred on teamwork; everyone involved in the school collaborates and acknowledges the unique contributions that each person makes. Everyone at Bank View genuinely cares about the kids, and we all put in endless effort to improve their academic performance and prepare them for success in the real world. We have high expectations for our students and work to engage them in the challenge of learning while assisting them in becoming self-evaluators of their own progress through individualised learning pathways. Our primary goal is to encourage and promote all of our kids' academic, emotional, and social attainment. In order to attain independent living, employment, good physical and mental health, resilience, friendships, relationships, and community inclusion, our qualified staff helps students get past their barriers to learning and social engagement. No matter their sex, race, or aptitude, all students are afforded the same opportunities. We give our pupils an education that is enjoyable, worthwhile, and relevant, preparing them for the workplace and ensuring that they graduate as kind, responsible young adults with strong morals and values. Our goal as a school is to keep improving our services and skill set in order to fulfil the children' demands, which are getting more and more complicated. By sharing our knowledge to assist those outside of our own school community, we aim to ensure that our practise is innovative and dynamic. When it comes to creating career possibilities for young people with SEN, we will continue to set the bar high.
