Ahead of Damson Wood Nursery and Infants School, Balsall Common Primary School became leadership of the Central Schools Trust in August 2016.
In February 2014, Balsall Common Primary School, which is regarded as one of the greatest elementary schools in the nation, achieved an Outstanding OFSTED rating.
