Everyone who works at our school has a true sense of teamwork and values the entire school community.
Our school is built on respect, and we work hard to make sure that everyone feels appreciated.
A very large staff team, which includes a pastoral support team that provides help to a variety of students and their families, works relentlessly to make a difference in the lives of the children in our care on both an educational and emotional level.
All children benefit from a steady and experienced teaching and support team, ensuring that they have greater opportunity to succeed, thanks to a highly skilled, highly motivated staff.
We sincerely want to maintain and grow our collaboration with parents and carers because we understand how important it is for kids to have a strong partnership with them in order to reach their full potential.
However, the leadership team places a high value on the broader provision that we provide, which gives students the chance to succeed in activities like dance, theatre, music, and sports.
At the conclusion of year six, this culminates in a theatre show that is an incredibly memorable occasion for everyone involved.
By receiving Gold honours in both Sports and Science, we have been acknowledged for our comprehensive curriculum offerings.
We are passionate about empowering students to choose healthy lifestyles and promoting extracurricular activities for everyone; our ultimate goal is for every child to take part in a club at least once a year.
We are very lucky to have a sizable and lovely campus, and we are always updating and improving our learning environment. One such enhancement is the arrival of our new outdoor library, which is housed in "Buster," a London double decker bus!
I still firmly feel, after 18 years as head, that my position is the best in the world, and I'm eager to build on our past achievements to give the kids in our neighbourhood even more opportunity.
