The school employs every subject from the National Curriculum to give the kids a top-notch education.
Because of the model's success, the school was recognised as a Specialist Sports College and standards in English, mathematics, science, and music were raised as a result.
This government certification made the school the ninth school overall in the UK and the first Special School in Hertfordshire to receive Specialist Sports College status.
Additionally, it praised the schools' past involvement with the Special Olympics Movement.
The school has participated in swimming and athletics contests at the regional and national levels for more than 30 years, and is currently in a great position to advance the potential for disability sport in the Eastern Region.
A recent award from Sport England for increasing the level of sport participation for handicapped children and young people has increased and reaffirmed this recognition.
