Airedale Infant School

The objectives, guidelines, and procedures at Airedale Infant School are intended to foster a thriving and engaging learning environment where everyone can experience achievement and a love of learning. We put a lot of attention on creating and upholding a very pleasant school culture. We work to make sure that the school consistently exhibits our "can do" culture. Northern Ambition Academies Trust is happy to have Airedale Infant School as a member. 39 kids visit our 78-seat nursery each morning, and the same number do so each afternoon. Doors open at 8.50 am to allow parents to drop off children at school and for a prompt 9.00 am start to the workday. Every day, assemblies are held, and students in the main school get a morning break and snack. In order for learning to continue uninterrupted in the afternoon, there is no break for the kids. All of our Reception through Year 2 students are eligible for a Universal Infant Free School Meal, which they eat in the school's dining hall. Students may also bring a packed lunch from home. We kindly request that if kids bring a packed lunch, parents think about healthy options and omit chocolate and sweets. Please make sure your kid brings their water bottle to school every day starting in September when we give them one.
